1. No Refund Policy
By purchasing any subscription plan (Free, Starter, Pro, or Agency) on AdShield AI, you agree that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes:

- ✅ Yearly subscription fees
- ✅ One-time payments
- ✅ Upgrade fees
- ✅ Any additional service charges
2. Why No Refunds?
AdShield AI provides:

- 📊 AI Analysis & Reports - Immediate access to campaign insights
- ⚡ Instant Automation - Rules start working immediately
- 📱 Telegram Alerts - Real-time notifications
Due to the instant nature of our AI services and the immediate value provided upon subscription activation, we cannot offer refunds.
3. Free Trial Alternative
🎁 Try Before You Buy
We offer a Free Plan that includes basic features. You can test AdShield AI thoroughly before upgrading to any paid plan. This allows you to evaluate our service without any financial risk.
4. Cancellation Policy
While we don't offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:
- 📅 Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- ✅ You'll retain access until your paid period ends
- 🔄 After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free Plan
- 📧 You'll receive a confirmation email after cancellation
5. Exceptions (Very Limited)
Refunds may be considered only in these rare circumstances:
- 🔴 Service Outage: AdShield AI is down for more than 72 consecutive hours
- 🔴 Billing Error: You were charged incorrectly due to our system error
- 🔴 Duplicate Charge: You were charged twice for the same period
Note: Refund requests for these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
6. Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
- 💳 UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- ₿ USDT (Cryptocurrency)
- 🏦 Bank Transfer (for yearly plans)
7. Plan Changes & Upgrades
- Upgrading: If you upgrade from Free to Paid or Starter to Pro, the new price applies immediately
- Downgrading: Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
- No Partial Refunds: Downgrading mid-cycle does not generate a refund
8. Your Responsibility
By using AdShield AI, you acknowledge that:
- ✅ You have tested the Free Plan before upgrading
- ✅ You understand how our AI automation works
- ✅ You agree that ad performance depends on multiple factors (creative, targeting, offer)
- ✅ We cannot guarantee specific ROAS or lead volume results
